Café 1505 is a relaxed and welcoming space in the heart of Edinburgh, owned by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and ideally located beside Surgeons’ Hall Museums. Designed with a sleek, contemporary feel, the café is brought to life with hand-painted illustrations across the walls and ceiling, while large windows look out onto the College’s gardens,  a quiet escape from the city

Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, lunch or a quick coffee or a drink, our menu offers something for every appetite. From freshly baked pastries and breakfast rolls to comforting soups, fresh salads and a range of hot and cold lunch favourites. With complimentary Wi-Fi, power at most tables , Café 1505 is the perfect place to work, study or simply take a moment to relax. Did we mention that cafe 1505 is dog friendly too!
